My dog’s food has been showing up exactly when they say it will. No random delays or anything so far. Nice. The boxes arrive cold and packed well, so I don’t have to stress about it. Easy.

I was hoping this would help my dog’s digestion, but his stomach issues were still hanging around. If anything, things seemed a little worse, so it just didn’t work for us.

I’d say it’s worth it overall, it just feels a bit pricey for what you get

My dog was excited about it at first and ate the first tray just fine, but a couple of the later ones made me pause. The smell was a little sour or just not quite fresh, and the texture looked watery around the edges, almost like it had separated. I even noticed the color looked slightly different from tray to tray. Delivery itself was okay and the packaging wasn’t damaged, but for the price, I expected the freshness to feel more consistent. It ended up feeling hit or miss.

My dog is super picky, so I didn’t expect much from PetPlate, but he’s been eating most of the meals happily. He can smell it as soon as I put it down and usually finishes the whole bowl. I kind of wonder if the fresher smell makes a difference, though obviously I can’t prove that. There was one flavor he didn’t seem as into, so it’s not a total slam dunk, but overall it’s been really helpful for getting him to eat.

I had a question about my order and I was irritated that I even had to reach out in the first place. It felt like something that should’ve been handled right from the start. But once I messaged PetPlate customer service, they got back to me really fast and fixed the issue without dragging it out or making excuses. I was ready to be mad at the whole company, but the person who helped me was actually friendly and made it easy. Still frustrating that the problem happened, but at least they didn’t ignore me
